ReAgent UK
I’m the CEO and third-generation owner of a multinational chemical manufacturing company called ReAgent. The business was founded by my grandfather in the 1970s and later led by my father, before I took over in 2010. I’m proud to continue our family legacy.
I first worked at ReAgent on work experience when I was 14 years old. I went on to work there during every school, college, and university holiday; in production, warehousing, sales, and operations. By the time I graduated I pretty much knew the business inside out and it gave me a good grounding for what I do today.
While the business has grown significantly – achieving close to 20% annual growth for nearly 20 years now – it has remained firmly grounded in its founding principles of a strong company culture and high quality.
ReAgent USA
Building on this foundation, in 2024 I established ReAgent USA. This expansion reflects my long-held ambition to take our proven UK business model and apply it internationally.
The US business represents the first phase of broader international growth plans. The ultimate aim is global coverage. While I am leading this expansion, it is supported by a strong leadership team and underpinned by the same disciplined, customer-led approach that has led to the success of ReAgent UK.
The ReAgent Foundation
The ReAgent Foundation was created in 2025 in recognition of the responsibility that comes with long-term commercial success. After almost 50 years of support from our community, I want ReAgent to give back in a meaningful and sustained way.
The ReAgent Foundation is a long-term commitment, focused on practical support and community benefit rather than short-term initiatives. It operates independently, with the aim of ensuring that ReAgent’s success delivers value beyond the business itself.
When I’m not working
I am an exceptionally driven person, so I wouldn’t ever consider myself to be “not working”. I’m contactable 24/7/365 by everyone I work with. That said, I have many hobbies and interests, including running, snowboarding, wakeboarding, scuba diving, and travel.
I also enjoy mentoring startup business owners and supporting early-stage young talent as they progress through ReAgent.
The Future
Looking ahead, my focus is on sustainable international growth for the business, as well as growth for the Foundation. I want to create opportunities for people, not just those who work at ReAgent but anyone the business touches, including customers, suppliers, families, and communities.
